A. Sampling Inspection

(Opening Only 1 Item)

This inspection consists of opening only one item from the delivered goods to perform a simple check for any misdelivery.

(A) Basic Inspection Items

1. Design & Specification Check: Verify consistency with the product page description (check for any mixed or incorrect items).
2. Color Check: Verify any differences from the color specified in the order.
3. Size Check: Compare the actual size labeling with the order sheet.
4. Quantity Check: Verify that the delivered quantities match by color and size.

* Disclaimer

Quality Inspection of Unopened Products: Checks for dirt, damage, or sewing defects cannot be performed.
Color Difference Tolerance: Minor color variations caused by lighting conditions or display differences are not subject to liability.
Handling of Minor Differences: Small variations in inconspicuous buttons, text, or accessories are considered acceptable products.
Quantity discrepancies in bulk packaged items
- ▲ OPP bag (100 sheets/roll)
- ▲ DIY items (1000 pcs/bag)
- ▲ Envelope (100 sheets/roll)
* For products sold by bag, check by number of bags
* A few percent error due to weight measurement is exempt
Restriction on sealed products: items with opening seals, etc. are only inspected by outer packaging
Handling of large items: assembly checks for furniture, etc. require additional time and cost (time-based inspection)

B. Full inspection (loose)

* In addition to basic inspection (A), conduct quality checks (stains, sewing defects, operation test) and detailed appearance inspection

【Apparel inspection standards】

1. Appearance inspection:
- unfold the product and check the following
  - ▲ Stains / sewing defects → Free repair or return
  - ▲ Minor accessory defects, tiny print/graphics, string/stitch color mismatch → Acceptable
2. Color difference judgment
- Obvious color difference → Return
- Slight differences due to lighting/photography → Acceptable
3. Size check:
- Verify consistency of collar tag, paper tag, and size sticker (collar tag takes priority if inconsistent)
4. Function test:
- Check operation of buttons and zippers
- Buttonhole opening: For Japan-bound items, holes opened by default (+0.5 RMB/piece)
5. Button closing:
- All buttons will be closed one by one
6. Repackaging:
- Neatly fold and replace with a new OPP bag of appropriate size
  - (if OPP replacement option selected)
* Internal inspection (apparel only): lining, inner pockets, etc. are optional

【Shoes additional items】

Actual size comparison: Check both feet length & sole size label (return if inconsistent)
Box handling: For lower shipping cost, recommend discarding box & switching to OPP bag
(if box needed, note “keep box”)

【Bag additional items】

Internal specs: Check number of pockets & partitions
Function test: Check zippers & metal fittings for damage and operation
* Common disclaimer:
Minor defects not affecting sales are treated as acceptable
If strict standards required, recommend “Full inspection (detailed)”

C. Full inspection (detailed)

1. Basic scope: Same as “Full inspection (loose)” above
2. Use this inspection if stricter requirements for defect judgment apply

D. Time-based inspection

1. <For large/special items only> e.g., tents, large furniture
2. Inspection requirements & defect criteria follow customer instructions
